A couple weeks ago when my friend Jakelle {mypurephoto.com} came down, I got to go along with her on an engagement shoot.  They had a super cool car that they brought down all the way from Salt Lake.  Who wouldn’t want to take pictures with a cool car??? So I jumped at the chance!  The couple was darling, and we had lots of fun!

I was so excited to do this newborn session.  My last one was mid-Dec. which seems like FOREVER ago.  So it was great to get my newborn craving under control.  I have never heard such a squeaker!  This little guy had quite the high pitch!  Not crying, squeaking.  Like a little loud mouse.  He is a cutie!  Check out the new big sis!  I love her.  She was crazy in a super great way!  We had lots of fun.  You might remember her from this mini-session at Swiss Days.  She is only two months younger than my little monster.  Her and her new bro are only 16 months apart!  This mamma is going to be BUSY!  Thanks for letting me do your pictures!

Ok. I will be the first to admit this.  I am way late on posting the winner of this contest!  I went to Random.org.  I am sure that there is an easier way to do this on that website, but I didn’t want to sign up and pay $.  Anyhoo, it picked a random number between 1 and 62 and the lucky number is 30!!!!!  Maybe its the lucky number because the coolest people in the world will be turning 30 this year:)  They say that the 30′s are the new 20′s.  I’m going with that!! (Not that I am talking about myself of course!  I’m only 23…)  This contest is a monthly contest that is going on every month!!  I promise that I will be quicker at picking the winners, so comment people!!!!!! I know you are coming here, I see the stats!  Don’t be shy.

i heart faces is a super cool blog about photography.  They are celebrating their 1st birthday!!  Wooh-hooo!  They have contests every week, and this is the first time I am entering!  There are hundreds of other photographers, so I am sure my chances are slim to none, but I figured what the heck!  So if you like to take pictures of people, go check them out!

So the theme for their contest this week is “i heart faces” since its their bday

The idea is to incorporate their logo into a picture.

I’m just here waiting in line at Disneyland. Having tons of fun with lots of family! I just wanted to say thanks to all of my super patient clients! Thanks for being so great in all of my holiday rush madness. This is all a first for me, so hopefully it will go even smoother next year! If you had your session early enough, and I emailed you a picture for your christmas cards, don’t forget to send me one. Text me for my address! I have the best clients ever!
