Simply Utah was started by two sisters. They love it here, and all that Utah has to offer, but were sick of seeing so many adorable products and not being able to track them down; thus, a new website was born!

Simply Utah is a site where you can find some of the most unique and creative products out there!  Simply Utah features a different company Monday through Friday.  The highlighted company will also provide a product or service at a discounted price for the day.

Simply Utah is working toward having the largest online directory for creative businesses, specifically within the state of Utah.  You’ll be able to find what you’re looking for all on one site, and with one click you’ll be directed to their blog or website.

Another thing they do is advertise for local boutiques and shows throughout the state of Utah.  In their EVENTS tab, you’ll be able to locate a local boutique, their hours, and a map for directions to their event.

So remember how I said I was in my friend Teresa’s wedding a couple weeks ago?  Well of course I snuck a few pictures of the festivities to add to my portfolio.  The wedding was like the ones in the movies.  Perfect!  It was such a beautiful, fun, relaxing wedding.   Maybe not relaxing to Tree, but me,  in Vegas, staying at the Ritz Carlton for a couple days, without 4 children.  RELAXING for me!  Thank you Teresa for everything!!  You are a great friend and the most beautiful bride eva!!

I’m just warning you, be prepared to be jealous of my beautiful friend.

My friend Bethi and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful blooms at the orchards.  We set a day to go out and take our kids to get spring pictures.  I haven’t had very good luck in getting a “we are so happy” picture of my kids all together.  As you can see from this post. I was so glad that Bethi was there to witness it.  People don’t believe me when I say how my kids are so dang anti-getting-their-pictures-taken.  Its not like there is just one of them that hates it.  All 4 of them!  They feed off of each others hatred towards the camera.  Anyhoo,  with a little body swapping I was able to get an ok one.  I guess in a way its not a “real picture” because my daughter wasn’t even in the original, but if I want all of my kids in a picture, I gotta do, what I gotta do.  I don’t love it because my daughter is not in focus as much as the boys.  Its the best I could get out of the pictures we had. I will take you through the process a bit.

I finally got to do my BFF’s pictures!  We go way.far.back. Lindsay left me a few years ago and moved up to Idaho.  She comes all the way back to Utah to visit me a couple times a year. She loves me that much.  OK.  Her mom and brother still lives here too, but if they didn’t, she would still drive 10 hours to come see me.  If anything, we have gotten closer since she moved because we talk on the phone 14 times a day.  Actually, since photography has come into my life, and another kid into hers, its probably closer to 12.   Hopefully this summer I can make a trip out there to visit. We will have to see what the hubbers says.

I was looking forward to seeing this cute fam cuz the youngest baber and I had not ever met in person.  Holy Cuteness!!  I love her.  She is so good and mellow.  She is just happy to be hangin out.   Thanks Linds for letting me take your pictures {like you really had a choice}.  Your kids where perfecto!!!!   Especially considering we did extended family pictures right after their session.  Stay tuned for those!

I laughed when I zoomed in on baby {K}’s eyes.  There’s Bumma Mags {granny} shaking her keys trying to get the babers attention and me snapping away. So of course I accentuated it and zoomed in so I could share it with you all!!  I love eyeballs.
